Customer will not cancel the purchase order once placed on Uptalent Platform.
Taxes will be applicable as per the prevailing laws Payment Terms will be mentioned and agreed at the time of placing the Purchase Order.
The customer is bound by the payment terms mentioned at the time of Purchase Order.
Any delay in the delivery from our end will be intimated in advance alongwith valid reasons.
The payments will be accepted in INR.
In case of any unresolved dispute, the matter can be referred to an Arbitrator.
Jurisdiction of Courts of Chandigarh or SAS nagar ( Mohali)’ Punjab ‘ India will be applicable.
