The Purchase Order, though cannot be cancelled once the firm Purchase Order is issued on Customer Company letter Head.
The Firm PO will be signed by the Director of the Customer Company or an officer authorized by the Company board.
In case of unprecedented conditions, the PO can be cancelled, but in that case any advance payment done by the Customer to Uptalent Platform cannot be returned.
In such case of cancellation, 50% of the PO amount will be liable to be paid.
Any such cancellation can be done within 7-10 calendar days after the issue of the valid PO.
