Organizations Structure

The organisation structure is proposed as below:

Management and Leadership

Uptalent Platform shall be led by its Cofounders –  Both the professionals are highly experienced in the respective fields of technology and project management and have decades of experience of working in the Industry. These professionals are veterans of the Industry and have a reputed credibility of working for different Organizations in Government and Private Sector within India and abroad, apart from being successful entrepreneurs.

Customer Acquisition Business Unit
  • At Customer end, it will have the liaisioning and strong interaction with the prospective Companies, who wish to use the Uptalent Platform services for their organization on contracting/sub-contracting /leasing/outsourcing/turnkey model etc.
  • Will be responsible for meeting Business revenue targets and payment collection targets
Skill Acquisition and Partner Engagement Unit
  • It will identify, screen, evaluate, grade and on board the required Number of skilled, experienced and trained professionals of respective fields and support staff on one delivery end.
  • This will also have fresh graduates, students from colleges and universities for enhancing their skill set by providing bridge certificate course and then suitably enagining the eligible and interested students in the Uptalent project execution and delivery eco system.
  • It will monitor the performance of partner Monthly and Yearly returns from the Uptalent Platform
Technology/ Service Operations/Project Management Unit:
  • Project Management
  • Time bound project milestone achievement and successful closure
  • Catering to all technology related domains.
  • Regular updates to all concerned towards end objective/delivery of the allocated work.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure quality of delivery
  • Feedback from customers
  • Feedback from on boarded freelance skilled professionals
Support Functions
  • Accounts, Admin and HR- Initially to be used from Focal Skill till sustained revenues are built up

Uptalent Incorporation and Net Worth

Uptalent Business Model
  • Purchase Orders from the Companies pertaining to our scope of work as explained above shall be procured for end to end delivery as per RFP and other requirement documents prepared by the respective Company.
  • Our Business Teams shall liaise with the prospective customers, study the requirements in consultation with CTO &CIO Team and bid a commercially remunerative price for executing the project.
  • Platform fee – Professional on boarding Registration fees( one time), Project on boarding and connecting with professionals
  • Training Fee- Also from students’ community of professional course, a trainings fees for initial 03 Months or so shall be taken by the Platform and then subsequently the eligible and competent students shortlisted through the internal assessment can be allocated the projects as interns or associates with experienced professionals.
  • Uptalent Platform has a MSME Registration status, under Focal Skill, so that BG and PBG related requirements for obtaining the purchase Orders from the Govt sector or PSU etc can be waived off.
